Laboratory Terms and Conditions

1. All samples to be sent by courier. CE Instruments Ltd is not liable for any lost of samples that are sent through the post.

2. Radioactive samples will not be permitted for submission.

3. Samples that require refrigeration need to be sent either by company in person or by courier that has refrigeration capabilities. Samples that are sent via courier will need to be received by the laboratory within 4 hours.

4. All samples must be accompanied by a sample submission form. Fax copies and photocopies are permitted.

5. Samples for OEA, a minimum of 3 duplicate samples is required.

6. Samples for GC, a minimum of 10ml is required. If sample is pre-prepared with solvent, solvent must be sent with samples and will be part of analysis

7. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

8. All contract customers are entitled to 20% discount on all analysis.
