Flamed Ionization Detector - FID
The most used GC detection system measures the ions produced by organic compounds during combustion. It is extremely sensitive with a wide dynamic range of seven orders of magnitude.
The FID has three pneumatic supply lines for air, hydrogen, and auxiliary gas. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC). The auxiliary gas and hydrogen lines merge before entering the detector.
This FID is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
 Electron Capture Detector - ECD
The first option for environmental measurements, offers excellent performance in the determination of PCBs, pesticides, and other halogenated organic compounds.
The ECD has one line for the anode purge/auxiliary gas. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC). The auxiliary gas line sweeps past the end of the column and caries the column effluent into the ECD cell. The anode purge flow sweeps the upper part of the ECD and cleans sample deposition from the detector.
This ECD is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
Nitrogen – Phosphorus Detector - NPD
Due to its selective response to nitrogen and/or phosphorus containing components, the system is commonly used to detect pesticides, herbicides, and drugs of abuse.
This NPD has three pneumatic supply lines for air, hydrogen, and auxiliary gas. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC). The makeup gas and hydrogen lines merge before entering the detector.
The NPD is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
Flame Photometric Detector - FPD
Selectively detects compounds containing sulphur or phosphorus. Outstanding performances can be observed in the analysis of sulphur compounds in natural gas and organophosphorous pesticides in agriculture, food, flavour and fragrance applications.
The FPD has four pneumatic supply lines for air (2), hydrogen and auxiliary gas. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC).
This FPD is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
Photo Ionization Detector - PID
The PID detects components which have ionization energies similar to or lower than the energy of the photons produced by the PID lamp used in the detector. The selectivity of the detector can be useful when analysing mixtures in which only some of the components are of interest.
The PID has one pneumatic supply line for auxiliary gas. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC).
It is widely used for the determination of aromatic hydrocarbons.
This PID is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals
 
Thermal Conductivity Detector - TCD
The TCD is a differential detector that measures the thermal conductivity of  the analyte in the carrier gas, compared to the thermal conductivity of pure carrier gas.
The TCD is commonly used for fixed gas analysis.
The TCD has two pneumatic supply lines for measure and reference gases. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC).
This TCD is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
Micro Thermal Conductivity Detector - μTCD
The μTCD is can be used in a variety of capillary and packed column applications. The constant filament temperature control provides a linear dynamic range permitting the measurement of a wide range of concentrations without the need for multiple standards or sampler dilution.
Among its advantages: speed, reduced dead volumes, and precision.
The Micro TCD has two pneumatic supply lines for measure and reference gases. Each line is electronically controlled by a pressure regulator (DPC).
This Micro TCD is compatible with Fast GC Applications. The data acquisition rate is up to 300 Hz for a better reproducibility and accuracy of chromatographic signals.
 
Pulsed Discharged Detector - PDD
The pulsed discharged detector can operate in different models. It can detect permanent gases, volatile inorganics, and other compounds which give little or no response with the FID and has better limits of detection than those that can be achieved with a TCD.
 
Master TOF-MS Detector
Performs fast acquisition rates (1,000 spectra/s) and wide linear dynamic range (105). In combination with the Master GC, the systems is the ideal solution for Fast GC and GCxGC analyses. In addition, the proprietary Master LAB software solution is based on an innovative platform for acquiring and processing mass spectral data.
