• One annual on-site service visit to be carried out 4 months after contract begins
• Priority Call out
• Free Telephone/e-mail support for service and operational issues.
• Free telephone/e-mail applications help
• No minimum call out charge.
• All Parts excluding consumables
• Emergency visits included (max 3).
  20% discount for on-site time over the maximum of 3 inclusive visits
• 20% discount on site-time for instrument training
• 20% discount on site-time regarding analytical issues.

No claims discount 25% discount will be given for the following years contract if no emergency visits are needed in the preceding year.

Note: the Annual Service visit can be used for accreditation purposes and schedules of work carried out will be supplied. Contracts to suit for example on going OQ/PQ work can be quoted to produce bespoke contracts.
