Secure Contract

to be carried out 4 months after contract begins

- No minimum call out charge.
- 20% Discount on all parts and
consumables.
- Emergency visits included (max
3).
- 20% discount for on-site time
over the maximum of 3 inclusive visits
- 20% discount on site-time for
instrument training
- 20% discount on site-time regarding
analytical issues
No claims discount 25% discount will be given
for the following years contract if no emergency visits are needed
in the preceding year.
Note: The Annual Service visit
can be used for accreditation purposes and schedules of work carried
out will be supplied. Contracts to suit for example on going OQ/PQ
work can be quoted to produce bespoke contracts.
