OCCHIO BELT
Based upon a combination of mechanical dispersion by linear acceleration
on glass support and image analysis, the Alpaga Belt provides fast
and accurate size and shape analysis of sieveable powders. The instrument
combines a high quality imaging system with a robust mechanical quality
design for at-line and on-line process control.

Features
- Mechanical dispersion by linear acceleration on glass support,
- Telecentric lens for unrivalled image quality,
size measurement accuracy and wide depth of focus,
- Robust mechanical quality design,
- Integrated computer and electronics and advanced
software for size and morphometric analysis.
Sampling
Auto sampling with the SH 10 autoloader option.
Measuring from 1 to 10 samples, the SH10 is a fully automatic, integrated
sample changer. Controlled directly from Callisto EOL software, this
option provides for fast, multi-sample analysis without operator intervention.
Single samples analysis
The sample is placed directly on the Alpaga Belt vibrating feeder,
analysis duration and cleaning time are set, and the measurement is
started. Within a few seconds, results are displayed.
Software
The embedded Callisto image analysis software with unrivalled morphologic
descriptor, computes 16 dedicated parameters for you. These parameters
were engineered to be significant, robust and linked to physical properties.
Suitable for size and shape characterization
- One-page, directly printable report, configurable for each user
or automatic rts file storage. Files are readable by Callistat statistics
software for following process conditions. Setting wizard to configure
Callisto EOL - One simple click to create your analysis configuration
and select your parameters.
