OCCHIO 500 NANO/PHARMA

Based upon a combination of high-quality optical components and sophisticated image analysis software, the 500 Nano is a fully PC controlled systems for fast and accurate powder characterization. It is dedicated to dry powder in the range 0.5µm-5mm including cement powder as well as ground coffee.

 

The Pharma version of the instrument focuses on hazardous powders. It includes a PC controlled dispersion device facilitating analyses under extractor hood and it works with CFR21 part 11 software for companies ruled by Food and Drug Administration regulations.

More than microscopes, these systems combine integrated vacuum dispersion device, monochromatic collimated back-light for ideal contrast, telecentric lens for unrivalled image quality, fast auto-focus , integrated computer with 3 controlled position axes, and advanced software for size and morphometric analysis.

Pharmaceutical applications are size and shape analysis of chemical powders, food powders... and of course CFR21 complying studies.

500 Nano applications are characterization of cements, quartz powders, food powders, metals, fibers, crystals, polymers, abrasives, toners, graphite, catalysts, ceramics.
